5 Major Makeup Trends in Summer/Spring 2016

Hi my Lovelies,

Summer/Spring makeup trends, 2016 have been featuring bright and bold looks perfect for any occasion. Makeup has always been the way a woman expresses herself as she desires. Handling beauty looks requires skill and confidence to be able to show them off. Some of the International Fashion week models have been doing that and they look absolutely spectacular.

The reign of no-makeup makeup is officially over. It’s the season for bright red lips, electric blue eyes, false lashes and vampire lips. While the no-makeup makeup look still appears here and there, bolder aspects with swipes of colour have made their way to the beauty trend section this spring/summer season. It is all about a women’s individual take on beauty. So get ready for a season of most brightest, glittery and sexy looks making their way to the fashion weeks.

Candy Apple

Red Lipstick is ofcourse classic and this season makeup artists have united on this shade. A colour that one needs to know for spring 2016 look is the snow white red apple hue, looking stunningly gorgeous with different finishes seen across the fashion weeks. Almost every designer had the perfect apple red lips.

Blue Mood Makeup

Bright eyeshadow is making a major comeback this season, emerging to be one of the biggest colour trends. Blue eye makeup was seen everywhere at the New York Fashion Week (NFW); from graphic blue eyeliner to strategic pops of blue and even all-over glittery mermaid eyes. Renowned makeup Artist Benjamin Puckey says that in order to make blue modern and wearable mute it with another shade.

Bronzed Visage and Sun

kissed looks

For Summer Spring 2016, at the Balmain Fashion week brown cream along with the bronzer and highlighter created a perfect combination for the perfect appearance. The bronzed look was in former year too, and in 2016, we are seeing more bronzed cheeks on the runways. They are subtle, slightly contoured, natural-looking as if you just got back from a relaxing holiday.

Lash Out

For a while use of mascara has been non-existent for few a seasons. Now the mascara is back though it need not be black. One of the best ways to make a girl look like a doll is to play with her eyes, particularly her lashes, I am sure you will agree with that.

Vampire Lips

The weather may be warming up, but you need not put away your deep berries and purple lip shades in deep storage this spring/summer. Skip the eye makeup while wearing darker lip shades to instantly modernize your look. You can match your darker lip shades with leather, fur and black outfits.
