My Experience about the product
These lipsticks come packaged in a pretty red glossy cardpaper box. Details of the ingredients, description and the lip shade are mentioned on the box.
The lipstick comes in a simple black bullet packaging with Makeup Revolution printed on it. I found the packaging to be quiet simple and travel friendly. These lipsticks have interesting names. And the shade is mentioned at the bottom of the bullet.
I picked up the shade ‘I wasn’t mixed up’ since I wanted to try a lilac lipstick. It is a perfect lilac shade. I simply love the way it looks on me. The colour shows up really well in just one swipe. However, it takes couple of swipes to get an intense wash of colour. It is glossy with no shimmers. The texture of this lipstick is soft and creamy. It is quite moisturising and the pigmentation is pretty good. It does not settle into fine lines. It stayed on my lips for about 4 hours. It leaves my lips moisturised even after wearing off which is a big plus point. It transfers a little. It has a sweet candy like smell which may bother some, but it did not bother me much.
My thoughts about the product
I am in love with this lipstick. It is affordable and you get ample amount of product. It has a great shade collection. The texture is amazing and keeps the lips moisturised. One thing if I only had to point out as negative would be that it transfers a little. I am certainly going to buy more colours from this collection. 🙂
Yes! Yes! Yes! A big yes! It is a must have lipstick. You won’t regret buying it. It is a great lipstick at affordable price. What do you think about this shade? Have you tried the liphugs?
